I absolutely loved working with Form for my intimate Sedona wedding this spring. The entire team is kind, thoughtful, and so talented. I am from FL, so never got to meet in person with the team until the day we picked out flowers up the day before our wedding (they had an option where we could pick up our own flowers and have our decor team set them up, which was amazing for our small wedding). When I walked in to the shop and saw my flowers, I immediately started crying, I was SO happy with how they turned out. They took my vision and made it even better than I ever could have imagined. I am so thankful to everyone at Form who helped with our wedding, I would recommend them a thousand times over!

I recently got to photograph a beautiful micro wedding that had florals from form floral and I was blown away! The florals matched exactly (and more) what my client was envisioning and every arrangement was truly so stunning! Highly recommend them for your wedding or elopement!!

We used Form Floral for our wedding, and I truly can’t say enough good things about them. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to work with. Every time I had a question or needed anything, they responded quickly and made the whole process feel so smooth and stress-free. When our original wedding venue (who we had a package of vendors with) unexpectedly shut down with less than three months until our wedding, my husband and I had to start from square one to find a florist. We fell in love with Form Floral's unique designs on Instagram, and when we reached out, they immediately replied and offered to help us. Not only was their communication and support nothing short of amazing, but these florals speak for themselves... STUNNING. They breathed life and color into our new fun Western venue. I can’t speak highly enough about the wonderful women who own and run Form Floral! I first met them at an aura arrangement and they helped me design a beautiful mix of fresh and dried florals for my home. I (an idiot) had already reached out to a different florist before my first experience at Form Floral and ordered a dried arrangement for my mountain top elopement. The other florist did a really poor job executing my vision and I thought I was pretty doomed and stuck with a beige and boring bouquet. I came to Form on a Sunday, explained my situation to the ladies and within an hour they had created a work of art beyond my wildest dreams! They also made sure my biggest need was met; it was a completely dried bouquet that I could attach to my backpack. My bouquet was so resilient and withstood a 2 day elopement and 10+ miles of hiking. The best part is, now that the wedding stuff is over, I get to keep this beautiful bouquet forever and it looks just as gorgeous as it did on day 1. We love a sustainability queen! I cannot thank them enough for saving me from carrying a plain Jane dried bouquet! I’m a customer for life and cannot speak more highly of these artistic angels! 🧡🧡🧡
